You Eat Too Much Crap Food

“People who consume a healthy diet, with fruits and vegetables, get a lot of antioxidants,” says Dr. Sambo, spokesperson for RACGP.

You Don’t Exercise Enough
If you feel exhausted all the time, it’s not surprising that you may be passing to each other, but Dr. Sambo says that exercise is really important for the immune system.
